An estimated 500,000 premises across the UK containing asbestos and Property owners, occupiers and managers have a legal duty to record, locate and manage any asbestos-containing materials within the premises.

We have trained, experienced and qualified surveyors (S301 & P402) and surveys are carried out in accordance with the HSE’s MDHS100 Regulations as well as in-house procedures. Our reports provide an asbestos register which will highlight asbestos containing materials by room, floor or area including materials which may need immediate remediation, site plans showing the location of asbestos containing materials and recommendations for the management of any asbestos or other hazardous materials identified.
