Emergency structural dismantling works following the closure of Crystal Palace National Sports Centre due to severe structural deterioration. 777 Demolition carried out high-stakes works at height to dismantle dangerous concrete floodlight towers, removing an immediate collapse risk to the surrounding facilities and clearing the way for the site's subsequent improvement works.
Specialist structural strip-out and alteration works at 10 Brindleyplace, working alongside principal contractor Willmott Dixon Interiors. The largest element of the works was full removal of the building's facades, a combination of curtain walling and brickwork, along with all 8 lifts spanning up to 14 floors. The team carried out diamond sawing works to form new atriums, demolished the frame of a further atrium, and removed all plant structures and mechanical and electrical plant, clearing the building back to its structural concrete frame ahead of the site's redevelopment into a single combined workspace.
